मोदी की अग्नि परीक्षा

कोरोना वायरस का संक्रमण दुनिया के किसी भी राजनेता का आने वाला भविष्य तय करेगा। और मोदी इसमें कोई अपवाद नहीं है।इस महाआपदा से निपटने के लिए  किस नेता ने क्या किया, ये इतिहास के पन्नो  में ज़रूर दर्ज होगा। कोरोना संकट के 12 मई को पांचवी बार देश को सम्बोधित किया देश को आत्मनिर्भर बनाने के अभियान की घोषणा की। इसके लिए 20 लाख करोड़ रु का आर्थिक पैकेज घोषित किया। यह देश के जीडीपी का करीब 10% है। जीडीपी के अनुपात के लिहाज से यह दुनिया का 5वां सबसे बड़ा पैकेज है। देश को सम्बोधित करते हुए उन्होंने कहा आत्मनिर्भर भारत की ये भव्य इमारत, पांच कलर्स पर खड़ी होगी। पहला पिलर इकोनॉमी एक ऐसी इकोनॉमी जो इंक्रीमेंटल चेंज नहीं बल्कि क्वांटम जंप लाए। दूसरा पिलर इंफ्रास्ट्रक्टचर, एक ऐसा इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर जो आधुनिक भारत की पहचान बने। तीसरा पिलर हमारा सिस्टम- एक ऐसा सिस्टम जो बीती शताब्दी की रीति-नीति नहीं, बल्कि 21वीं सदी के सपनों को साकार करने वाली टेक्नोलॉजी ड्रोन व्यवस्था पर आधारित हो। चौथा पिलर- हमारी डेमोग्राफी- दुनिया की सबसे बड़ी डेमोक्रेसी में हमारी वायब्रट डेमोग्राफी हमारी ताकत है, आत्मनिर्भर भारत के लिए हमारी ऊर्जा का स्रोत है। पांचवां पिलर- डिमांड- हमारी अर्थव्यवस्था में डिमांड और सप्लाई चेन का जो चक्र है, जो ताकत है, उसे पूरी क्षमता से इस्तेमाल किए जाने की जरूरत है।और देश को आत्मनिर्भर बनाने के लिए लोकल प्रोडक्ट खरीदने पर जोर दिया "लोकल के लिए वोकल " उनका यह संदेश  चीन जैसे देशों के लिए खतरे की घंटी हो सकता है , जिनके सामान भारतीय बाजारों में भरे पड़े हैं।


दरसल मोदी अच्छी तरह जानते है  कोविड-19 से निपटने के लिए हर मोर्चे पर जंग लड़नी होगी चाहे लोगो को संक्रमण से बचाना हो, पब्लिक  हेल्थ इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर हो आर्थिक मोर्चा और अगर एक भी मोर्चा छूटा तो उनके नेतृत्व और राजनीती हैसियत पर बहुत बड़ा प्रभाव डालेगा जबकि मोदी ने अपने राजनीतिक करियर में कई चुनौतियां झेली हैं चाहे गुजरात के भुज में भूकंप की बात हो या 2002 के दंगों की बात हो, लेकिन कोविड-19  का स्केल बिल्कुल अलग है.  क्योंकि इतने बड़े पैमाने पर कुछ भी नहीं हुआ। इस लिए मोदी के लिए उनके पॉलिटिकल करियर की अब तक की सबसे बड़ी परीक्षा है. और वर्तमान स्थिति में दुनिया में किस देश की हैसियत क्या है, आने वाले समय में वो इस बात पर निर्भर करेगा कि कोविड-19 को किस देश ने कैसे हैंडल किया है.
